Invitation Email

You’ll receive an email from OH Open House with an invitation to activate your volunteer portal account. Simply click the ‘Activate Account’ button in the email to set your preferred password.

Volunteer Portal Home

This is the home page of the volunteer portal. To sign up for training, click on the ‘Volunteer Programmes’ button.

Volunteer Programmes

This is the volunteer programs list view. Currently, there should be only one program available – the HAN@Ponggol – July/Aug (Training) program. Click the ‘View More’ button to see the list of roles that require training.

Volunteer Positions/Trainings

This is the volunteer positions/roles view. Depending on your registration preferences, you may only see one role. Click the ‘Register’ button to view the available training dates for the selected role.

Volunteer Opportunies/Trainings

This view displays the available training dates for the selected role. Choose your preferred training date and click the ‘Register’ button to complete your registration. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your registration is successfully processed.

Volunteer Portal (Volunteering History)

To see the list of trainings you have signed up, click on the ‘Volunteer History’ button.

This page present the list of volunteer opportunity/trainings that you've signed up.
